AUX, WAUX & AUXL explained
AUX, WAUX, AUXL…what is happening? What is what?
Updates are flooding your socials lately as Auxilium development is picking up the pace. Which is something we all should embrace. With that being said, it can be a bit overwhelming. But, don’t worry, just sit back, relax and read this summary.
The company: Auxilium Global
The blockchain: Auxilium
Native coin: Auxilium (AUX)
Coins and tokens within the Auxilium ecosystem
AUX
Auxilium (ticker: AUX) is the native coin of the Auxilium blockchain and created in 2018. One could compare it to Ether (ETH) being the native coin on Ethereum blockchain, BNB being the native coin on the Binance blockchain, etc.
Holding AUX in one of our wallets (desktop, mobile, paper or hardware) will earn you up to 6.72% interest per annum, split in monthly distributions, without the need for staking, mining or keeping the wallet online. Offline rewards, without the hassle. Additionally by doing this 0.64% will be distributed to the charity fund, and another 0.64% will be distributed to the R&D fund; adding up to 8% interest per annum.

WAUX
WAUX stands for Wrapped Auxilium (W+AUX). WAUX will not replace AUX. Wrapped means that it’s a token on a different blockchain representing the value of AUX on an exchange on which AUX could normally not be listed as it’s not a token on another blockchain, but a native coin of its own blockchain.
One could compare it to Wrapped Bitcoin (WBTC) that can be traded on UniSwap, which is a decentralized exchange on the Ethereum blockchain. WBTC can be swapped for BTC at all times on the swap platform created by the creators of WBTC. One WBTC represents one BTC. The same will be the case for WAUX.
We can create WAUX on different chains (e.g. Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon, Solana, Polkadot) which allows us to list on the decentralized exchanges associated with these blockchains.
At the time of writing we’ve created a BEP-20 token on the Binance Smart Chain which makes it possible to get listed on for instance PancakeSwap.
>> It could be possible that we’ll create multiple WAUX tokens on different blockchains, to enlist representatives of AUX on different decentralized exchanges.
Important notes:
1. Always check the status of WAUX tokens and their unique contract addresses on our website, to verify if you’re dealing with the real WAUX! https://auxilium.global/waux
2. WAUX can’t be sent to an AUX address, as it’s on a different blockchain. The same counts for sending AUX to a WAUX address. You’ll first need to swap to AUX to send to an AUX address, and swap to WAUX to send to a WAUX address.
3. The swap platform is not yet live at the time of writing.
4. PancakeSwap listing is expected in the summer of 2021. Read more here: https://auxiliumglobal.medium.com/aux-soon-available-on-pancakeswap-dacd3808b72
AUXL
The Auxilium blockchain offers token creation. Similar to Ethereum it’s possible for Auxilium Global, and third parties (like you!) to create tokens / smart contracts on our blockchain.
Side note for the future: we’re looking into building a platform that enables people to easily deploy a contract and/or create a token on our blockchain. This includes for instance NFT’s.
AUXL is a token created on the Auxilium blockchain; and stands for Auxilium Loyalty Token. The aimed usage of this token is on a future loyalty platform. More info on this platform can be found here: https://auxilium.global/loyalty-platform/
In short the loyalty platform will reward AUX holders with AUXL for contributing to the growth of Auxilium Global.
We would like to distinguish to distribution types of the AUXL token:
A. Every AUX holders will receive 1 AUXL for each AUX that he/she holds. We’ll take a snapshot on the 1st August 2021.
B. People who joined the airdrop of AUXL in 2020 will be rewarded AUXL tokens for completing their tasks, including possible bonuses for referrals. For those who didn’t complete the airdrop yet by adding their AUX address, please go here: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSd3vyjNLN7qbD_HnoSxT5FghpSjxPd1pG0zO9z693razyscXw/viewform
Furthermore, please note that we aim to distribute the AUXL token this summer. This will most likely not be directly after the 1st of August 2021.
We hope this overview has given you more clarity on the subject.
